Not certain if it is used in food prep or not, but I do think that their food is very good, authentic Mexican.
That question should be asked of the cooks, managers or owners. As a customer, I wouldn't know. However, I am in search of a better Mexican restaurant. Tex Mex is what I want. Seems to be difficult to find here.
