Hello, has this motel been renovated since all the reviews of 5 years ago? How clean is it? Is it okay for someone with allergies to mold and pests? Please let me know as I'm planning to use it for several weeks.

Cleanest motel i have ever been in. We have stayed there four times in last year.

I don't know when it was last renovated but I stayed there in October of this year and it was very clean.

Very clean , the cleanest motel with in 300 miles I feel . Im a truck driver and stayed alot of motels and the blue spruce is by far the cleanes and the nicest staff .
