If they are so overrun te company should have more ppl working. Add an on call to assist for home calls when you need them to fix something. We ay them enough each month to warrat answering when we call for help for something we can't do ourselves.
I was told they do not answer the phone.
Because there are 3 service associates trying to assist the average of 9 customers.... your best bet is to go there.... or call immediately after they open.... lunch time is crazy busy
