Is Whole Foods market bishops corner West Hartford permanently closing once the Avon store opens?

According to Whole Foods, they are actively working on a new store in Avon which will replace the Bishops Corner store. It has been reported in the local press that Trader Joe's will move into the BC location.

Although not told by the store, I have been told by others familiar wit the are that it will not be closing.
