No excuses for bad business but in their defense it is a blizzard out here at least their open.
That's why I always pick up no matter where I order from.
Unfortunately cant say Im surprised. Has happened to me before I know how annoying it is. Its not always like this but it does happen.
Most places were closed... cannot expect top notch service in blizzard
This is a well run business with excellent food. One of the best menu offerings for delivery.
