Could you please let me know what the income requirements are? I am 61 and some had suggested a place in West Springfield off Westfield street.
Are there openings soon, if in the required income limits.

Marysol is correct, when you apply to the WSHA you include your income, assets, and other financial information so they can determine whether you qualify and how much your rent would be. There is generally a wait-list, which varies based on when apartments become available.
