I would go 225 for two hours
Jpitt is correct. Make sure its covered and you heat slowly. I believe it took me about 3hrs at 300° because if you go too fast it will dry out
It is best to reheat them gently in a 325-to-350 degree oven until the internal temperature reaches 135 degrees.
