They have to be 16years but I have not seen any one that young working there and I go there at least once a week.

I would imagine as long as the minor has a work permit they should hire minors. and may not even need a work permit if got good grades I know my son tried to get a job at McDonald's and couldn't get it because his grades weren't good enough
