We were there on Tuesday evening and there was a ton of traffic to that place... keep trying... hope your dog's ok...
I would try again. They are open 24/7. Maybe they were busy and couldn't answer. I have been there everyday this past week and they are very busy
Hmmm... That is odd. I thought I remember that some staff may not go on sunday or something like that. Idk If that helps but I hope your dog feels better
