Call them.
I would make sure you tell them three times the animals gender! We took a pet in and AFTER they had it asleep with anesthesia, they called and said it would be a few hundred more because they "thought" it was a MALE. We clearly told them FEMALE, and our pet had an EXAM prior to the surgery. If we had known that charge amount, we would have gone elsewhere...but pets already prepped and asleep for surgery..and they refused to make things right. Would not budge on it. Bad business !
