Was told that the grilled chicken was a 7 minute wait and that they sold out of salads. Ordered the crispy chicken. Waited 12 minutes and the bun was rock hard on the bottom.. Do you always have such bad service?

I had to wait my chicken sandwich, and it still wasn't done. The meat was raw but the outside was crispy, disgusting!!!!
