Kids are welcome but I do not consider this restaurant "kid friendly". Food selection would not be readily considered kid friendly. In all the times I have been to Santiago's, I have not seen any children.
Not unless they have a developed set of taste buds. This would be more suited for a dinner without kids, where you can enjoy both the food and your company 🙂
