If you can't find them in their offices at the Lovell complex you can call the veterans service office in Waukegan on Lewis Ave and they can likely help you as well.

They have a person who can help they are down the hall from the coffee place by the elevators behind admissions and the ED.. they are normally there on Tuesday and Thursdays
