Not sure what whiting fish is exactly, but 1st Oriental has probably the widest fresh fish selection in Orlando. You"d better come on Saturday afternoon when fish arrives.
I have seen Whiting there. But I'm not sure if they stock it regularly. As many places, the seasonal supply changes.
Available species change with the catch. They typically have a very broad selection.
