You can get food from them every 3 months. You need your ID and a picture ID SS card maybe a birth certificate for everyone who is getting food. Soup kitchen is free don't need that stuff.
Yes you need a form of ID a picture ID and social security card other than that they'll do it for you and you can get food there once a month I think or twice a month
