How is the noise level? I've been turned off by similar places because the music is jacked and I can't hear the others at my table.

I come here quite often, and have never had the music so offensively loud that I couldn't talk with the people I went with. That said, choose your seating wisely. Stay away from the bigger pavilions because that's where the bigger parties are going to be

The music is not bad, however the drunks at the bar can be very loud. Just don't sit by the bar.
