Who takes care of the birds? Was visiting a friend this past Wed.There's a large glass cage with screen material for ventilation; 1 bird dead, got stuck in screen, 1 bird I helped get loose from screen but has a broken leg. I've called, no one knows.

I was at the Captain James A Lovell, 3001 Green Bay Rd, N Chicago. Where the disabled or perhaps homeless live. Right before you go outside to the beautiful flower garden where u can play Bocce Ball. The bird with broken leg needs attention. Was sitting by water last I saw Wednesday. Dead bird was hanging on screen. The screen needs replaced with something their feet can't get stuck in.
