Yes it is. When we have someone in a wheelchair, we pull up our bumpers and slide the boat right up against the dock and you'd almost not know there was a gap. On board, we have a clear parking spot for their chair, if they can't get out of it to a bench seat.
I would think so! There are mostly ramps... and I think it's a step down to get on the boat, but no big deal...
