Our preschool ninja training area and weight room are now open. We have simultaneous classes for ages 3-4, 5-7, 8-10, 11-Teen as well as Adult fitness boot camps.
We have 3 separate training sections- 1 is exclusively for adults and students who have earned the right to train there through displaying skill and exemplary character. 1 section is used to train kids as well as our Intro to Ninja Class for Adults. Our pre-school ninja training section will be open in February featuring training for ages 3-4. We will very soon have classes for all age groups simultaneously.
They have a separate area for everyone including younger kids and a bigger area for adults only. We took our 10 year old to a group training class.
Basically all ages. Kids from 5 or 6 up to teens and adults as well. Classes are separated into age groups. If you are looking for something for kids, not only is it great exercise, but they have a lesson every class designed to build character. It really is a great place.
