Yes, I HIGHLY recommend that you do not move to these apartments. They tried to lie in order to keep our deposit after we moved. I had to contact their corporate company and e-mail photos to them in order to have the check for our deposit issued back to us. Shady is an understatement. Like the other person said, they have VERY outdated, non-renovated units. I'm guessing at least 20 - 30 years old or older, based on the A/C unit and appliances. The only thing that was nice about this place was the lake, dock, and pool area (it seems this is the only place they chose to invest in improvements).
Definitely stay away from this place. Save yourself the stress and hassle that will plague you here.
About $1,100.00 for a one-bedroom. And very old and outdated appliances. Rude apartment manager. About $20.00 for your trash. Don't move there!!!!!
