I purchased 5 tickets for the Whitney Houston Tribute show on March 24, but can't locate them to print them off. Do I need to come to the ticket office to get my tickets?

The first thing I would do is contact the box office where the concert will be, they should be able to assist, locate your tickets and seating. If not, go to your history button on your computer around the time you believe you purchased, hit the button where it shows performing arts center, go from there with your passwords, etc. Reprint button should be there that says how do you want your tickets i.e. print your tickets, scan, upload tickets, etc.
