Is it just me, or are the items outside and on the lobby free? I have often wondered, but never thought to ask.

Thanks everyone, that helps me understand why some guy came out yelling and waving his arms when I went down there and picked up a kiddie pool. Here I was stupid me just thinking the guy had gut pain or just a general bad attitude.

Some people seem to think so. They call it the five finger discount, but most people that take advantage of it live in shacks so I don't think it's the way forward.
