I had an issue (facilities related) on 5/19/18. I reported it to the House Manager, she said she'd pass it on to the Theater Manager who would be in touch with me. So far, I've heard nothing. Who is the Theater Manager and what is their email?

I don't know that information without doing research online which I know you can do yourself. But perhaps you can also contact the Warner Grand Theater conservation Guild. That are in an office next door to the theater itself. Also, the San Pedro restoration agency. They all helped to take care of and restore the theater.
