They use something like a jacket that is they strap around with their arms tucked on to there sides..it looks horrible but they are very professional and speak to the children all the time of their procedure..
Just took my daughter in the other day & I was very uncomfortable with the procedure. The nurse was holding my daughters head so tight because she didn’t wanna get her teeth worked on that it instantly left a bruise on her forehead. I wasn’t able to hold my daughter myself I had to stand at her feet
They were very patient with my daughters and very friendly. Made my 5 year old feel comfortable and safe while they worked on her teeth. Very friendly staff all around.
Really well. And with children that are very hard they let you decide what to do wether wait a lol bit or if you're willing to hold them down without harm. Whichever you choose. But they make every effort to make the child comfortable as much as they can before they try anything. There's tv's in the rooms and can be put on cartoons to occupy them while they work on their teeth or even just waiting to see the dentist. Kids oriented waiting area more than anything but they work on adults also. So if you haven't tried yet. Try making an appt for yourself on same day to help your child understand it's a good thing to go to the dentist.
