Damn it shouldn't even take that long to get your money back. I would say when you get your money back go to a different dealership.
Hi Mr. Castro, Sorry for delay. The check was mailed out immediately; however, the post office told us the address had an issue, which apparently is the address we have on file for you. We then found out that you don't receive mail at that location; therefore, as you know, we are now waiting for the post office to return the check so we can then re-issue. I know my service manager did explain this to you. I do apologize for the mail system issue and hope we see this resolved soon. As of yesterday we still have not received the check from the post office. We are well aware of the urgency and will act immediately. Regards.
