Why do y'all take the phone off the hook during lunch time. I guess they don't like business, this is for the one off of 17st. So if you call and hear a busy signal that is why.

I don't work there, but during lunch the place is extremely busy and very likely they can't answer the phone while serving customers that are lining up.

I go to that particular location quite often, and I can honestly say I have never seen the phone off the hook. They are extremely busy at that time of day and also taking phone orders whenever possible. But as stated above, you really should try to call in earlier if you want to phone in an order around lunch time.

If you're receiving a busy signal, more than likely they were already on the phone with someone (possibly more than one) else.

I would agree with Conswalia. It's super busy. Everyone knows how good it is. My suggestion would be to call earlier and tell them what time you want to pick it up.
