I don't think dogs are allowed on the wharf. But, knowing Santa Cruz, people bring them anyway. Since the Dolphin has indoor, outdoor, AND walk-up picnic table seating, it is your best choice for having your pal next to you. As long as it doesn't freak out because of the noisy sea lions that all hang out underneath 😄
Not sure, I didn't see pets when I was there.
They have specific signs that pets are not allowed. But I have personally seen some people still have their pets. Maybe they pass it as service dog to avoid it
