How about EVERYONE homeless or everyone with Home. If you use the rest room and miss the toilet going #2. Dont be a coward and leave it and not do or say anything about it. Ask an employee or manager if you could please use the peroxide or bathroom cleaning spray and or the bowl scrubber or plunger and a couple plastic gloves and the reason you're asking for said items. Trust me EVERYONE will gladly give them to you to use. NOBODY wants to clean up someone else's poop or puddle of pee. Yes i agree most the homeless I've encountered have left the restroom with sopping wet paper towels everywhere and entire restroom is wet. Maybe because your complaints make them hustle and aren't given the chance to clean it up before leaving. Id hope you never find yourself in a situation whee you NEED to use a toilet ASAP. No "I can hold it till I make it home" you need to use toilet RN or your gonna wish yoh had a diaper on. Basic human need/requirement. And dont think you can just go outside.
It wouldnt be so bad if most if the homeless cleaned up after them selves. There is no need to mk a mess and leave it. I believe the business wouldn't mind the Homeless unsung the restrooms if some didn't mk such a mess and then leave it like that. It ruins it for others.
The problem is the shelters drop some of them off and then pick them up at night.You will have ro go to thw city and complain about. I feel sorry for all the businesses because they know this and can't do anything about it.Sorry but rhat is the truth.
We do need some better solutions
In homeless' view... the restroom is their hotel place such as wash their face or body. A few homelesses are slept there. Their reasons to use restroom are various. If you complain about the homeless in restroom, notify employee or manager.
At this time it looks like they allow them to use it. I have not seen any change yet
