I love this place. But I've been vegan for about 6 months. Are there any vegan options? If I order chilaquiles with no cheese and cream or eggs but instead with rice and beans and potatoes, will that be vegan? Or do they use butter instead of oil?

Chilaquiles are made with Chile Verde sauce which has pork, and the Red Sauce is made with beef. So NO....!!!!

I am not sure. I would ask for the other. They may.have vegetable oil instead of butter.

I find the waiters are very accommodating and they cook all of their meals to order so I'm sure they can make exceptions for you
