We've eaten at numerous locations & never had this experience. Yeah, there's music, yeah there's people & it's busy, but nothing that you can't talk over.
Its a good time the merriment found at the place is very pleasant. Its a younger crowd that likes good food. Hence volume is subject of the individual rather the classification of noise..
We have dined at several locations and have not ever had an issue carrying out a conversation. If you have someone hard of hearing in your party perhaps it would be more difficult, but I really would not see it as an issue.
The music and just in general is a bit loud.
I didn't think it was to noisy anytime we were there except when servers are singing Happy birthday to someone
