It starts on Wednesdays thru Tuesdays. 😊
Normally they send their circulars once every week. You can always check their circulars online for the region and for the store you go to. I find it convenient to call your store too if something your looking for happens to not be in the circulars. I do that to price check and plan my trip and meals. Happy grocery shopping!
