Hi Melanie, You can place an order for pick up at a later date. Unfortunately we do not keep a registry of clients' preferences.
I'm pretty sure you can place orders, especially for items not already prepared in the boutique. No client preferences platform that I am aware of. But if you know the dietary limitations they all know where to direct your attention. For instance, my friend can't have grapefruit and they assured me that the want any in the mix box of chocolates.
I don't know about the second question. But I have ordered things for a later date
