Not all dishes are oily. The kabobs are skewered and grilled, the shrimp plate is absolutely amazing. Salads are womderful and made with yogurt garlic and Zayna's secret sauce. Rice is moist and quite lovely.
Part of the Mediterranean diet is the olive oil. It's one of the healthiest oil . It's used to enhance certain dishes by topping it generically ie Humus and baba ghanoog plates.
