How are the rooms? Cleanliness? How was the staff? Location? Personal opinion are accepted but only from those who have actually stayed there.... Thank yoi

It's a dingy, dark and sketchy environment with cleanliness i Have not once considered anywhere near what I call clean. I wouldn't stay there for free.

I thought for the area it was really good. Stayed a week. Regreted my move to the motel.6 by thr airport immedeitly

The staff is good. The rooms are clean. It's not bad to stay there location is good with freeways close and plenty of restaurants with walking distance. I have stayed there and would go back again .

Priceline usually has rooms available at the Keys Inn for $40 - $50...And each room has a microwave and refrigerator! In comparison, Motel 6 costs twice that amount and none of the rooms have microwaves or refrigerators. Keys Inn is way nicer. Demographic seems to be younger crowd, party animals, the usual dealers and working ladies too. As a single female I've never had problems here. Huge plus is that there's no deposit! Which means no credit card required.. pay on Priceline and just show up with your ID... Or pay in cash... But you might not get that Priceline deal in person with cash just a heads up. Keys Inn has a no pets policy whereas Motel 6 allows them freely... Does that mean people don't sneak in their kitty cats anyway? I'm not going to say one way or the other :-) So, Keys Inn this way to go if you're looking for an extremely budget place. The rooms are perfectly fine.

If i recall correctly, all rooms are nonsmoking. Consequently, there's a lot of people hanging around outside. Unnerving, esp at nite.

very bad smell in the room. we requested to be transferred but the room was the same. the bathroom floor and carpet were not cleaned. the bathtub was clogged. bad experience

I've lived in that area and use it whenever I need to stay in that area for cheap. Tustin is a great city and its really close to just about anything you want. Its by no means 5 stars, but I've never had a complaint staying there. Last time I stayed here was for blizzcon. Rather than getting a room closer to anaheim, we chose this place because of the price and reliability if that tells you anything.

Its a bad area. Drug dealers. Homless people. Cops. The rooms are clean to the naked eye i guess. Id recommend tustin motor lodge. The Bel Aire is even worse then the keys inn. Both are known hot spots for low lifes and druggies. Wouldn't stay there. I live two blocks from there and have stayed there before as well. Two thumbs down
