How do I know this is a true church? I’ve done my first communion and confirmation at an other church just to find out they are not valid for when I decide to get married.

A true Catholic church must be registered with the regional archdiocese. If you look up this Parish, it will be listed.

It is a true Church I've done my First Communion and Confirmation there You could talk to someone in their office for more information
