No, Lake Solano is close but quite a ways off the freeway. There are two RV Parks about 10 miles up the Road off of I505 on Midway Rd. Midway or Vineyard RV Parks. I have not stayed at either.
No overnights, gates lock at 30min after sunset. You can try lake solano just up the road
