Me and my boyfriend are from out of state , traveling LA for my birthday. I will be 19 and he’s 22 . I have a vaild ID. Can I still enter the dispensary place if I’m not buying marijuana..?

Sorry but you have to be 21 or older to go into a dispensary, but your boyfriend can go in don't matter if he has a out of state ID.. Your going to have to wait in the waiting area..

No - you present valid ID (21 and older) in the lobby before they put you through to the actual dispensary - sorry

California law prohibits anyone under 21 from entering a dispensary. You must have a valid medical recommendation if you are under 21.
