How much is it to bowl?

For one hour for 4 people with shoes, it came out to $58

But that's only Mon-Thu and Fri until 5pm. After 5pm on Fri and then all of Sat & Sun it's $42 per hour to rent a lane. No option for per game price.

I think I read that it is $4.95 and then shoe rental is separate.
