HOA fees rise almost every year - current increase beginning 1/1/22 is $29. No fees for using fitness center. Fees for golf, restaurants, and any "amenities" where outside personnel are employed. If warehouses go in on Sun Lakes Blvd look for traffic gridlock and decrease in property values.

When living here hoa covers most things but if someone wants to golf or use of restaurant there will be charges
