As of March 2016 only 189 out of 488 Costcos still sold tobacco products. So most Costco stores no longer sell tobacco products. In another blow to the tobacco industry, most U.S. Costco locations have quietly stopped selling tobacco products, and the wholesale retail giant will continue phasing out sales at more stores around the country. (Per article dated March 15th 2016) I would call ahead to the Costco you are going to, just to double check.
