Where would I get a pump that pumps water at a high rate?

Harbor freight has submersible sump pumps that pump up to 4400 gallons per hour or you can go with a gas powered pump that can pump about 158 gallons per minute. Those pumps cost about 215 dollars or so. Hope that helps
