I know Joe personally and even though I live out of town I visit Elmore Cafe every now and then. There has never been an incident that I know of and everybody knows somebody or they meet peoples and everyone is friendly. Don't let 1 happening many years ago keep you from having a great time. By the way would i jeopardize your life for a little fun? Your friend.
I've been going to Elmores for the past 6 years on fri and or Sat, and I have never had anything stolen and the crowd is always 30 and over, but usually 40 and over. I love it because as you go you get to know people and they get to know you so when I come in they start making my drink because I am a regular there. In 6 yrs I have seen one fight almost start and it was over before it got started because they put them out. Don't let one bad incident ruin your whole perspective and definitely not those of others. Joe's aka Elmores is a nice neighborhood bar!!
