We have mac&cheese boxed. Canned vegetables can be microwaved. The rest not sure.
Yes pretty much anything you buy in boxes has microwave directions on them

Depends what you do with it. Canned veggies, mac n cheese, deli meat, hummus, pb and j, bread, tuna, sweets etc. So you can microwave some of it if you want
