Is there a neighborhood called the Hill in Kansas city w authentic restaurants and bakeries??

The Area is Westport. Cupini's is one of our favorites.

I am from a rural area, so my advice may be off. But I know St Louis has an an Italian area called the Hill. Its great! It has many Italian restaurants and markets. Cupini's is in a part of KC called Weston, and they make their own pasta there. Also wonderful! But it is not in an Italian neighborhood.
