Yes,the park is open and the water is flowing. Bring the kiddos and have some fun.
If I had a kid of my own this would be the spot . I do have a lil niece and a nephew and whenever it's hot outside this is where I take em . We can wet our own feet while they have fun
Sounds like a special circumstance, the park is still within season and supposed to be open. I would Google North Kansas City Parks and Rec and maybe call them if their website doesn't announce anything. UPDATE: They are open, they were closed earlier for lightning but the danger has passed.
