All Howard's orders with merchandise value of $399 and up are eligible for free standard delivery. Installation is generally a fixed charge that varies by appliance type, but many manufacturers offer installation rebates from time to time. Your Howard's sales associate will go over all eligible rebates at the time of purchase.
You can negotiate installation and delivery with your sales guy or gal.
If you buy a new TV set no matter how big you get you have to pay for a delivery charge for $ 75.00 which is ridiculous. Why can't they do what Best Buy do, they offer a free delivery.
