There are ramps to get in the arena itself, elevators once inside and the balcony located on the 3rd floor is perfectly suited for those of us who need our wheelchairs or extra room to get around. It's, also, warmer up there than down in the main seats snd the view, personally speaking, is great. You have a view of the entire arena floor, stage, rink, etc...

They do have handicap but not a lot

Do you need to go to the arena to purchase ada tickets
