There is a fee of $12 per person to enter the Indian Canyons park. Not sure about dogs.
It is $12 for adults to get in and $7 for 62 and over. Dogs are not allowed.
If you are military, or a veteran, be sure to bring your ID. Otherwise there is a $12 fee per person. Each person must present their own ID. Entry to this place will give you a discount on entry to the tahquitz canyon trail which is also free to veterans. Dogs are not allowed though I'm not sure how strictly it is enforced. Better not risk it.
No dogs allowed. Horses are allowed on the trail so maybe that is why?
