I have ordered trays of fried rice on occasion. I don't know to what extent other dishes are upgradeable. But ask!

They have dishes large enough to be used as party trays, but you really should call to see if they have actual trays.

Call in advance, I'm pretty sure they do party platters.
They have large dishes you could use as party trays but none specifically for it.
