This place was terrible. The service and food was bad. I will never go back to this place again.

I agree this place is terrible I love IHOP just not this location slow orders are wrong or food is cold my wife's pancakes had the tip of a latex glove inside...go to the new1 on Perris or the 1 in Riverside and Mr Reynolds that's her opinion of the service she received at that particular IHOP and if you received great service each time you visit 2thumbs up but I haven't so I take my business to another IHOP

Okay if you don't like IHOP don't ever go there again they don't need you they've got plenty of people who enjoy their food and their service like me. It's one of the best places I've had the pleasure to eat at like I said before when I comment if I had to choose between restaurants IHOP would be among the highest rated restaurants that I've been to and I've been going to IHOP for years. The Waitresses are excellent and I've always never waited longer than 15 minutes at the most even when I had to sit outside on a bench. And these waitresses do not get the respect that they deserve.

Things may change in the future... but from experience i can say that from 2017 to Jan 2019 this is the best IHOP location in the Riverside/MoVal area. Like any restaurants sometimes you get a bad server but if i go here 10 times, 9 of those times will have me with a good server and good overall service. They dont argue with you about substitutions or coupons, they just get it done. The staff 100% makes this place great. They have a customer service award posted... I dont see that at any of the other Riverside/MoVal locations.

Don't understand these people I've been eating at this place for over 15 years had nothing but great service great food I guess you just have to wake up on the right side of the bed

You're right. Their service is lousy. They had my pancakes and eggs setting up for 30 minutes, waiting for the rest of our order. She didnt think I saw them and tried to lie when she brought them cold.

This one on hemlock it's ok but the new one on Perris blvd and Iris I love!! Everything was awesome
